Shin splints
Did it mysef by overdoing things last weekend, just not thinking.
Ran a new route which is 2 3rds hill so putting new stresses on my legs and then later in the same day went for a walk with the family and they wanted to pace it so I was set as pacemaker
So 5k later walked at a sharpish pace average of 9.27 a k we got back to car warm and happy but there we are to much at this stage for these little legs as the following days proved
So now plenty of ice,rest and some stripping out/massage of the muscles and steady it down a bit
Lesson learnt though!
