Finally managed to use birthday gift voucher for Reiki/back massage. Believe in alternative therapies or not....tension & stiffness in my right shoulder could be where I have been subconsciously protecting my 💓 since the heart attacks & surgery. The massage itself was wonderful anyway, almost tempted to set my phone alarm incase I dozed off & missed picking the grandkids up from school.

Pleased to report that side effects of the iron supplement are easing & as yet, no more fuzzy heads with the half dose beta blocker.

Hello, I have been for Reiki and also deep tissue since my surgery as I have had similar in both shoulders and put it down to the surgery. It has helped

I totally believe in reiki and am actually a level 2 practitioner, although need to get up to speed with at again. Even if you don't believe in complementary treatments, they do help you relax.
