Overcoming what's become a real problem :(
I'm at the point in my life where I'm driving myself insane!! I never even considered I had OCD until I went on the internet and began reading all about.... My days never feel complete because as soon as I finish one thing, something else will pop into my head and I have to complete that, most days I

here we go again
Hi everybody. I've not posted in a while since my BFN, however I jumped straight back in to it and we had our 2nd transfer yesterday. We are so hopeful still, however I cant shake the feeling that getting excited will only lead to disappointment so I'm trying to think negatively so if it is positive

Egg Freezing
I've had many people message and email asking if they can access fertility support around egg freezing, I think absolutely yes, venturing in to a clinic to have your fertility tested - for any reason is opening up fertility related 'stuff'. You are welcome to message or get in touch with any fertility

Anxiety
My anxiety got bad around 2008/2009. It’s been fairly well managed, but as of late it has gotten to a point I cannot understand or control. I’m seeing my Dr this week and will also be seeking out CBT counseling. Decided to seek out some online support groups as well...

Advice needed to deal with a difficult ex-spouse in helping our newly diagnosed young son with his ADHD
My son, who is almost 8, was recently diagnosed with ADHD. His dad and I are divorced, and while we both have the disorder as well, his father has been against medicating our son. I already pay for monthly counseling out of pocket for our son, and I can't take him to a child psychiatrist without his

Well another day in the wonderful world of fibromyalgia
I have got really bad cough and cold at the moment and have been going into work with this even though only getting a couple of hours sleep at night. The aches and pains in my body have been dreadful but because I have hit the sickness trigger at work I am dragging myself in. Today I ended up fainting

This down feeling is coming back!?
I’m excercising , motivational speeches in morning, way to and from work during treadmill. Taking natural tinctures for mood and hormones. Good at home. I still feel yucky and ugly and it a good enough mom. Not pretty enough woman. Wtf?! Did counseling for about a month but just vented with no help

Little update
So today was our 1st appointment at the fertility clinic. They were all so lovely there and put my partner and I at ease-well as much as you can be on this journey. We talked about different options that we had. We have decided to go for a sperm donor. I had an internal scan, which showed PCOS. Not a

Hi Everyone Happy Wednesday! I'm just out for a day to Brimingham. Looking at the landscape as I travel North.. I wanted to share a few feelings and maybe to see how others maintain a positive outlook. When I was first diagnosed with ET I went through the shock and made some adjustments to my outlook

New here...all of the sudden Panic is back...
It seems like out of nowhere my Panic Attacks are back. Mine are typically in a one-on-one setting where I feel like I can't escape or I am inferior. OR they are large group settings where I feel like everyone will look at me if I have to leave. Anyway, I was on a great path, with little to no panic

New to this
So, I am beginning a new journey. My partner was just diagnosed with metastatic melanoma which was ocular in origination. Just beginning to look at options but I have to admit I am scared and can't shake this deep, sinking feeling. I am hoping to find a local support group and may explore some counseling

Social chaos
I have been dealing with pretty intense anxiety when it comes to being somewhere where I feel like I have to be. Such as meetings, work, restaurants, any social gathering, stores. It wasn't always like this and I went to counseling for a while until she felt i was doing good enough on my own. I would

Tinnitus and negative counselling
The onset of tinnitus can be a daunting experience when it is loud and intrusive. Understandably, a strange new sound that hasn’t been heard before can be alarming and leave a person at a loss of what to do. The first port of call is usually the family doctor. The Internet being readily available many

There are no words to even write a title to cover it all.
I don’t know where to start. Since 19, now 34, I have struggled with general and social anxiety, panic disorder, ocd behavior, and now agoraphobia. I have been in counseling my entire life on and off but they perceive my disorders stem from genetics most likely. My frame of thoughts are logical and psychologist
