This down feeling is coming back!?

I’m excercising , motivational speeches in morning, way to and from work during treadmill. Taking natural tinctures for mood and hormones. Good at home. I still feel yucky and ugly and it a good enough mom. Not pretty enough woman. Wtf?! Did counseling for about a month but just vented with no help after just that time was up. I’m smiling and working and being a mom and having my steamy relationship with my man and excercising sooo what next? What has worked for you?

Good question Mercedes11, I am always trying to do self care and sometimes it’s not enough and you want to find something else. I was just reading another post about reiki and it sounds interesting. So Check it out.
