any higher strength iron glycinate supplements?
I'm trying to keep vit D, all B vitamins,
magnesium
, zinc and EPA in the mix (opposite end of day from thyroxine). But also keep number of tablets to a minimum due to oppositional mindset! Any suggestions for higher strength?

I wonder if anyone else has tried bathing in magnesium salts?
I’m not claiming it as a miracle cure - in fact, I don’t think it’s a cure at all - but it seems to help soothe some of the symptoms in my creaky old body. I don’t think it’s a good idea to do it too often, and anyhow we’re supposed to be saving water and the flakes are quite expensive, but once a week

do inactive ingredients such as magnesium in my Lexapro decrease synthroid absorption?
do I need to separate Lexapro at least four apart from synthroid due to inactive ingredients such

Levodopa and magnesium oxide
Ref: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/brb3.2672 There seems to me to be a possibility of the following happening:
Magnesium
oxide leads to less carbidopa, leads to less levodopa, leads to more constipation, leads to the patient taking more
magnesium
oxide, and so on.

advice on oestrogen and magnesium welcomed. ..lingering fatigue
I would like to add in
magnesium
but not sure of the best one? My bowels are good now with the t3 so I don't need it for that. my other thought is that it's oestrogen related. Am I right in thinking it is best to be topical than oral? as ever, thank you in advance to all who respond .
