I take my second dose of Liothyronine at about 7.30 pm and use magnesium spray at about 10.30 pm. Should so leave more time in between?
Also is there any risk of overdose and effects if used regularly?
Thank you.

It doesn't matter when you use sprays because they don't go into the GI tract, and are therefore unlikely to affect absorption of thyroid hormone.
Magnesium is water soluble, so any excess will be excreted.
Thank you. Would this also apply with magnesium glycinate capsules?
Which bit are you referring to? Capsules should be taken 4 hours away from thyroid hormone, because you swallow them. But, the other thing would apply, it's still water-soluble however you take it, so any excess would be excreted.
If I take magnesium glycinate capsule instead would I need to leave 4 hours between thyroid meds. Sometimes spray is inconvenient. Is there any risk of overdose with magnesium?
You’ll just do expensive pee if you take more than your body can absorb. If you are taking the glycinate capsule then take it at a different time of day to the Lio. Im not on Lio, just Levo and take my magnesium glycinate after tea (6.30- 7ish) then my split dose Levo at bed time (10.30-11ish) 🦋💚🦋
Generally overdosing of magnesium does not occur unless someone has renal impairment. Magnesium should also be used with caution in people with low blood pressure.
