Blood test results

Hi, i had a blood test done yesterday and these are the results,

TSH 0.01 mU/L 0.30-4.20

T4 20.3 pmol/L 9.0-19.0

T3 5.9 pmol/L 3-5.4

Serum Vitamin D 93 nmol/L 50-250

Serum Vitamin B12 928ng/L 180-900

Serum Folate 11.8 microg/L 3.0-20.0

Serum Ferritin 49.9 microg/L 10-200

Serum Iron 18.1 micromol/L 11-30

Serum Transferrin 2.64g/L 1.8-3.6

Transferrin Saturation Index 27% 16-50

Each day I take 150mcg Levothyroxine, 5000iu Vitamin D3, Thorne Basic B, 1x Ferrous Fumerate 210mg with a Vitamin C capsule and a Magnesium Glycinate 650mg capsule.

I should have had this blood test done 3 months ago but i was put on a weeks course of antibiotics for a tooth infection. I then had Vertigo so there were 2 or 3 weeks where all i took was the Levothyroxine as i was too ill to think.

I'd appreciate any advice, thanks 😊

was test done early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

How long since you finished antibiotics

Ferritin is on low side

Look at increasing iron rich foods in your diet

Yes the test was done at 8.40am and last dose was 24 hours before, i also stopped B complex and iron a week before.

Antibiotics finished about 10 weeks ago.

I don't eat meat, but i eat alot of dried apricots😬 i shall look at increasing other foods high in iron 👍
