Suffering with extremely Severe RLS with a score of 39 out of 41 on the RLS scale. ( 1=no symptoms 41= Extreme Clinical RLS)
I've had my bloods done and my iron,
magnesium
etc are all within normal parameters. Im lucky if i get 1-2 hours sleep a night. It is really affecting my life. I eat healthy, active for the majority of the day with exercise. Just need my legs sorting.

Terrible sleep - What do I need cortisol, liver, adrenals, perimenopause testing- all of them? Any advice please?
I have recently starting supplementing again with B1 (500mg) B12 complex, high, Floradix (for iron and other vitamins (B's and C),
Magnesium
(300) and cod liver oil, plus vitamin D3 (1000). I'm also highly focused on eating well and don't eat gluten and wondering whether to come off grains?

Pain Management
He uses
magnesium
and heat, a tens machine as well as massage, CBD and acupuncture. But nothing really helps or lasts long. Even had a cortisone shot in his toe a couple of months ago. But the constant dystonia has taken its toll and he's just hurting all the time.

Trialling Buprenorphine and Dipyramidole - experience
I also have problems tolerating
magnesium
. All this hypersensitivity to serotonin boosting agents is very worrying as it really narrows down my options. I think it’s due to being a poor metaboliser of serotonin, but there could be other reasons.

Looking for Ideas please
My symptoms have got worse over the years and I have been managing them with stretching, holding legs in the air, kicking legs out, compressing blood supply to offending leg for short periods, plus various supplements, mainly
magnesium

Reasonably priced micronutrients?
I'm trying to find a multi with a fair amount of iron
magnesium
and zinc that doesn't break the bank, as right now we're on one income while my husband is starting a business.

Trialling Levo only after an issue with NDT, severe headache subsided to a point, BUT now feeling brain fog, fatigue and very bloated belly.
I also have a
magnesium
spray recommended due to better absorption, but it makes my skin itch, so have held back on that.

RLS newbie
I've tried massaging a
magnesium
oil on my legs before bed but don't think it helped. I slathered my legs with Deep Heat before bed which worked for a little while then suddenly it didn't, like it's built up some tolerance or something!

Any help?
Basically, I just need to sleep, but the 2mg clonazepam and
magnesium
at night doesn't help. Any recommendations for an alternative to 2mg clonazepam at night would be appreciated.
