is my only real dairy, but reluctant as it's a good probiotic and helps keep my protein intake up. ) My joints also feel achy and stiff again (but i ran out of glucosamine 3 days ago, so could be from that) and my digestion is playing up again, despite consumption of chia and flax seeds, prunes and

Bone Density - Dexa
But I take vitamin K2, vitamin D,
magnesium
, boron, etc. I do not take calcium. Or perhaps the cause is E2<12 pg/mL. I have that covered too. But doctors persist in prescribing harmful Bisphosphonates & Denosumab (Prolia / Xgeva).

T3&T4 combo - continued ...
I had gone at 8.45am for other tests, namely a cortisol 9am test (284 range 101-536) and Vit D (92.4 range 50-150) and
magnesium
(0.86 range 0.7 - 1.0) and serum prolactin (609 range 109-557). DO I stay in this overmedicated place for another 6 weeks ?? It seems crazy to do so.

Magnesium Taurate, anyone here take it and have seen any benefits for SVT/PAC/PVC’s?
I started taking
Magnesium
Citrate about 4 months ago and I think it’s helped to reduce the ectopics a bit, but I’ve read that it’s in fact
Magnesium
Taurate I need, but I’m not sure what dose people generally start at. My consultant is happy for me to try what works.

Need your advice, pls, what should I take and how?
Since I have now all cofactors optimal (vit D, B12, folate, iron, ferritin - after iron IV,
magnesium
), I feel my problem either stems from cortisol issues or balance of thyroid meds.

Magnesium biglycinate and levothyroxine - spacing of meds
I will start tonight and take the
magnesium
a few hours before but it would be good to hear what others have done, or if I am going to have to re-think how I take the thyroxine completely. Thanks Clarity

Sleep and Thyroid medications
I thought about taking a dose at bedtime (11pm) but I take
Magnesium
at 9pm and take Advil just before bed and I know this isn’t a long enough distance from thyroid meds but now Im wondering if my morning dose makes me sleep because I actually have no other drugs in my system versus the afternoon dose

Co Enzyme Q10
I’ve tried
magnesium
and with the beta blockers it seems to slow my heart way too much. Pvcs are frequent but not as bad as they were. They’re there all the time so looking for a natural help. Cod liver oil is good for the ticker isn’t it?

Alternative therapy recommendations
Also I've been taking moringa powder and dried sea buckthorn berries for the last few days, along with
magnesium
my doctor recommended. I think these have made a difference. I'm feeling brighter. Upping the banana intake as well.

I’ve regularly been given
magnesium
in the form of a powder dissolved in water here in the Basildon Cardiothoracic Centre. When I asked one of the nurses why, she said “it’s good for AF”.
