vitamin overload?
My serum
magnesium
was right at the top end of the range but I’m told that this blood test is useless and to ignore it and I need the RBC
magnesium
test, which the NHS doesn’t offer and is very expensive to buy! Apparently I can even be deficient at this level!

I was taking Betteryou D3000+K2 spray before now With that and
magnesium
showing fine (which I’d also been taking), I’m not sure if they were still in my system for the reading and I should keep on, or I don’t need them?

sciatica and constipation
I have also been taking the
magnesium
, (MSM). but when the constipation gets bad, I cannot walk. The MSM keeps the poop coming, sometimes it clogs the toilet because there is so much, but the pain with the sciatica is the worst....any recommendations?

Advice on interpreting blood tests when on liothyronine, & getting dosage right /adjusting it as you age!!?
Zinc &
magnesium
. Mk 7 or whatever it is called ( the stuff to get the calcium into the bones.... ) I am 54, and post menopause (+ 15 years / early menopause at 37) The bone clinic prescribed calcium and vit d, so I do feel it's needed. I'm also having another bone density scan soon.

Best Form of Magnesium Supplement
Interested in folks opinions on this. Looking to start taking Mg Supplement but confused about the relative positive/negatives for each type. L-threonate being talked up as it crosses the BBB and has slowed neural decline in mice - but quite pricey compared to say Malate or Glycimate. Aged 50, diagnosed

Only temporary respite from IV iron?
The protocols I’ve seen suggest they’re contraindicated in people with depression (Have also tried:
magnesium
, B vitamins, potassium, L-methylfolate, trigger point massage, TheraPulse, cold showering the legs, very hot showers, quadriceps stretching, all to limited or no help.

Curing RLS not just treating the symptoms
So far, adding
Gaba, 60 mg of iron (Atrium sleep clinic prescribed),
, folate (not folic acid!) and a hot epsom salt bath then a weighted blanket to his daily routine has helped. The grounding sheet seems to help too.

Medication
As advised I took
magnesium
but I took it with thyroxine. I feel dreadful, extreme tiredness, dry mouth, and having awful hot flushes that I've never had before. I'm 59.Wondered if this is related to taking both levo and
magnesium
together. Any thought/advice welcome

Ashwagandha for cortisol levels
Other ingredients are modified cellulose, rice flour, maltodextrin &
magnesium
stearate. Has anyone else had a similar experience and health shops think it can't be a problem. Sadly I bought a few bottles of it from an online shop that I have used before! Any thoughts please?

omeprazole use with ani inflammatory medication. Magnesium oil spray.
For pain I use
magnesium
oil spray from Holland and Barrett I find it helps a lot. I’ve recommended it to lots of others who find it helpful. I’m unable to take strong painkillers due to my sensitivity. So the spray and paracetamol helps.
