My cardiologist prescribed fleconaide for persistent ectopics along with
magnesium
. I’m on day 4 and I’m not sure if it is really making any difference apart from making me feel slightly weird. I’m starting on a small dose to build up.

please could I have feedback on my private blood test results
I take vitamin D,
magnesium
in evening. Selenium, Basic B Complex in morning. vitamin C in afternoon. I’m gluten and diary free. Stopped Basic B for 2 weeks before test and then took folate and B12 for those 2 weeks.

I take
magnesium
at his suggestion online. Does anyone have this problem? I am 72 and have had anxiety off and on since I was 34. Usually triggered by stressful events happening in my life. Reading my post now it's just the same old that often happens but at the time it's so scary.

Low TSH
I’ve been supplementing with the recommended vitamins ie b complex, b12,
magnesium
, and vitamin d spray. I’m also trying to address low stomach acid by taking ACV with mother and the HCL pepsin with digestive bitters.

Mega high Selenium. 367ug/L (67-135). Taking 200mcg daily. Does anyone taking this dose know what their selenium levels are?
Although I realise that the
magnesium
result is pretty worthless, it was 1.6mmol/L (1.3-1.8). So, basically midrange. Does anyone know if this is an ideal blood
magnesium
level or not?

T4 am/pm split dosing
I avoid taking any of the vitamins that may hamper absorption such as iron,
magnesium
etc until at least 4 hours later. I’m on 137.5 Levothyroxine (I take 150mcg one day and then alternate with 125mcg the next).

Swollen ankle and foot
I have HF and my ankle and foot are a bit swollen and legs feel sore. I am putting it down to the hot weather. I'm raising my feet in bed and drinking my 2 litres max and maybe a little more. Going for a lukewarm Epsom salts bath. Any other tips?

Symptoms suddenly taking a turn for the worse
At first it was fairly easily controlled with a good run or long walk, and later with
magnesium
. Then I chanced on the strategy of running up and down the stairs a few times. Of course stairs are not for people who have a risk of falls.

Some advice please...
He is on various vitamins - methyl bs, D3/K2/A,
magnesium
and a multi mineral. I have taken him to various private practitioners over the years to try and sort out his thyroid. The most recent practitioner we consulted said these results were OK and we didn't need to change his meds.

Am I talking out the back of my head?
I also take
magnesium
and taurine. I do not or ever have had any known triggers for Afib. I don’t drink or smoke. I posted re my tachy day after Christmas with brief (1-2minutes) afib. Yes, I did indulge with food over Christmas and admitted that but not big time or stupidly so.

Latest results - looking better?
No supplements at this time; I was on Vit D, K2, Vit B12,
magnesium
and a host of others and I should restart as VitD and VitB12 have dropped. I recently gave a stool sample (loose movements) and the result showed high calprotectin level (380mcg) which indicates IBD.

I want to try
magnesium
or ashwaganda but need to make sure it won’t interfere with other meds. One time I took an iron supplement for a week and it stopped the absorption of the klonopin and I was a mess. Help

Bisoprolol, bananas, and avocados!
I then ate some oatmeal with some banana, pumpkin seeds and almonds to try boost
magnesium
as well as potassium and sugars. Anyway, the dizziness stopped and I definitely feel better even though HR still up to 110 instead of 60.
