Have had genetic osteoarthritis in my knees for decades, my Uncle and Brother have both had knee replacements, but have been advised by friends [and brother] find alternative relief solutions! Maybe it is because of PC radiotherapy treatment or wet weather ALWAYS worst time of the year, but particularly sore now! Which type of magnesium spray, some do not work on me knees, magnesium oil spray, joints seem to work best?

I had hyaluronic acid injections in my knees to treat osteoarthritis. This is a synthetic version of the natural lubricant for the knee. It has made a huge difference in my pain level and improved my level of function.

Hope you find something that works for you.

I have had Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy which worked for me. I have had it privately for the last four years but I understand it is now becoming available on the NHS.

Glad to see there are options, I do not want to end up like my brother, knee cap operations!🥴

There are now various magnetic methods such as MBST used now too which may be worth looking at.
