Hi All
I want to start taking magnesium biglycinate at night to help me sleep. I take my levothyroxine at night too.
I usually take supplements in the day and the reason I wanted to take the thyroxine at night was because I wanted to avoid any contraindication issues that might occur. I know I will need to space out the magnesium and take it before as I obviously don't want to negate the effects of thyroxine. If anyone has done the same or can advise about time spacing of the two I would be grateful to hear what they've done.
I will start tonight and take the magnesium a few hours before but it would be good to hear what others have done, or if I am going to have to re-think how I take the thyroxine completely.
