Insomnia
Tried
Magnesium
L-Threonate, Melatonin, Chamomile tea. Dr gave Trazodone, still only got 4 hours sleep, but woke up with dark thoughts!! I got 8 hours when I pulled a back muscle, and took 2 Advil PMs, but groggy through the day.

Don't know what else to do..!
Take vid d,
magnesium
, folate and b12 Also I feel confused and get really worked up if I get hungry so need to eat ASAP, does anyone know what this means ? My HbA1c is normal. I know my free 3 are little low so I've increased my dose from 1 grain to 1.5.

General advice
Also started on folic acid and
magnesium
. Shame on the GPs for just brushing me off with depression.... easy solution for them. I have another appointment in a few weeks time could anyone advise on what is involved with an active B12 blood test? Or anything else I should mention to them?

Altruist
I'd always managed it with weighted heat, L-Tryptophan,
magnesium
glycinate, L-Theanine, and if necessary, a little pacing. At age 36, I had severe endometriosis followed by an emergency hysterectomy.

Doctor recommended
Magnesium
and fiber but didn’t do much. I’d hate to have to go off the meds but might have to if I can’t find a solution!! Thank you! 🙏

Update on my last visit and tests - Hyperthyroidism and Graves
Hi all, Just a quick update on how I’m getting on and a quick background of my story . I went to the doctors due to having premenopausal symptoms in July 2023 and it transpired that my thyroid was at fault. I then had regular blood tests which showed the thyroid to be on the higher range bracket but

Started my grandmother on TTFD
Yesterday on July 16th I raised her TTFD dose to 300mg/day now that the
magnesium
citrate powder I ordered has arrived. I heard the theraputic dose for TTFD is between 200-500mg per day.

What to do about supplements when going abroad
I'm thinking of
magnesium
in particular. I also have a large bottle of vitamin C plus selenium and zinc emulsion but unfortunately it's 450ml. I presume a spray bottle of iron or vitamin D plus K is ok. Do you put them in toileteries pack with shampoo etc?

Medicare as primary - covered post transplant labs and a Medicare Advantage question
Will Medicare cover labs (he goes every 2 weeks) for RFP, tacro,
magnesium
, CBC w/diff and viral studies of BK, CMV and EBV? I got EOBs in the past where Medicare was mistakenly billed and it was a big NO, NO, NO under covered services for all these labs on multiple dates.

Antidepressants
I’m taking D3/K2 (3000iu/100ug) and
Magnesium
Glycinate (300mg) daily. I’m not taking folic acid. At numerous times my GP and neurologist have suggested antidepressants but I’ve resisted so far, but I may give in! Can anyone suggest antidepressants that have worked for them?
