TIMING OF 55 MG OF PRED...OR SOMETHING ELSE?
Took 500 mg tablet of
Magnesium
with some peppermint tea, which alleviated the palps (thank you PMRPro for the post on
Magnesium
the other day). I've now added 250 mg.
Magnesium
to my daily intake of supplements. I take my dose at 7AM with food and then around 10:30ish, I'm famished again.

Abnormally high thyroid levels
I take daily 3000iu of Vit D oral spray ( and went on holiday to a Med country in autumn), iron regularly (alternate days ), selenium daily and
magnesium
3 times a week. I took the test about 9am but had taken Levo about 8 hours previously. My levels have never been this high.

Some help and advice please with my results.
TBH I got lazy with taking my vitamins too, so I am now as of this week back on Vit D, selenium,
magnesium
, Vit C, Igennus B12, zinc. I am strictly gluten free and have been on and off with dairy (now off!).

Do I need to be concerned? UPDATE!
. 🙏🤞🙏 I’ve tried increasing my
magnesium
intake (taurate, bisglycinate, algae, and now ionic), but all to no avail. My question is: can my heart take this increasingly regular battering without developing longterm damage? Will I make it to the ablation?

tapering high doses of zoplicone
I’m cutting down by quarter and replacing it by
magnesium
and gaba just before bed. How much
magnesium
should I take? I hear high doses but how much is that? Any other recommendations for replacement as I slowly cut down on the zoplicone?

What to do next
As in my previous post, I took Gabapentin 5 nights and I feel shakey and my nerves raw. How can I get this crap out of my body faster? I tried an Epsom salts bath but doesn't feel much better if any. Also I am terrified in what to take for sleep and pain tonight. My doctor prescribed tramodol but it
