At the moment I am taking Pregabalin, magnesium and ferrous sulphate. I know that some time needs to be left between these things but am confused as to how long. I take the Pregabalin around 8 o/clock. Should I be taking the ferrous sulphate in the morning as I think that's what the doctor said to do. And I take magnesium before bed.
Has anyone some advice please.
The magnesium should not be taken within 3 hours of the pregabalin nor within 2 hours of the iron. If you take calcium take 2 hours apart from iron. Iron and pregabalin have no restriction. Iron is best taken at night and should be taken with 100 mg of vitamin C or some orange juice to help absorption but should be taken at least 2 hours before a meal or coffee or tea and at least 3 hours after.
Many thanks Sue. Am trying to work out times with all this stuff. Also taking Baclofen now too which adds to the equation but don't think there's any problem with that. Thx again fir your help.
I am confused as well I take the same with a statin in the mix as well.
