Normally I wouldn’t be bothered but I’ve been taking 5000iu a day of vit D3 and also
magnesium
bisglycinate every day for the 4 years since my hashis was diagnosed and I was expecting them to be on the high side if anything.

Magnesium
. Hopefully, I can receive a review of some sort in the near future, then hope I can ask more about this. Has anyone else been prescribed this whilst on anti-coagulants? Thanks.

Looking for some advice on taking the right dose of Calcium and Vit D3.
Since August 2020 I've been on prednisolone and a Calcium and Vit D supplement (as well as
magnesium
, biotin, Vit B complex) so I wanted to see whether or not my osteopenia had become worse.

Infection?
Good day gents I’m on day 11 post circumcision, I have yellow stuff on my incision lines and/ stitches ….can this be an infection ? Second question , is it ok for me to take warm baths with Epsom salts instead of me putting warm water in a container and cleaning the wound using cotton wool ?

IBS C - hard dry stools
Starting taken
magnesium
citrate for the last few days, but that’s not done anything. I also did that York test couple of years ago, came back with so many reactions, but I read mixed things about that test.

Gabapentin has stopped working
I have a weighted blanket, I rub
magnesium
oil on my legs but nothing seems to be helping. Has anyone got any suggestions? The only good thing is I am relatively comfortable in the evenings.

Magnesium recommended for sleep?
Hi I am thinking of introducing
magnesium
to help with my intermittent insomnia (no doubt hypo related)... Wondering if anyone recommends and whether cream is better than sprays or tablets. Many thanks in advance
