Hi all,

I have mild RLS, mainly in my feet and not every day. Still very annoying.! I just wanted to share some cream I've been using which has helped. It's magnesium cream you put on your feet called Sweet sleep magnesium butter. I didn't think it would work, but has definitely improved my symptoms. Wanted to share in case it helps other people. Sue x

Magnesium helps with sleep and relieving RLS.Apparently it is better incorporated into the body through the skin.

So you have done well.

If anyone wants to make up their own 'oil' , it can be made by combining water and mg flakes/ crystals in equal parts.

Mg ( Epsom salts) can be procured quite cheaply in chemists and farm stores.

Cheers.
