I am thinking of introducing magnesium to help with my intermittent insomnia (no doubt hypo related)...
Wondering if anyone recommends and whether cream is better than sprays or tablets.

I take magnesium glycinate, as it’s easy on the stomach. It helps me relax and improved sleep (if I take it regularly early evening) However, there are many others to try. greygoose is very knowledgeable re magnesium & has some useful links, so I’d await her response & research the different options.
