Increased to 125mg Levothyroxine in December. For the blood test I followed the early morning, fasting, no Levo within 24hrs and no Biotin for a week before, recommendations. I'm taking Folate, Vitamins D, 12, K2 -MK -7, Magnesium Malate and Selenium. Results are
TSH. 0.01. (0.27 - 4.2)
Free T3 4.09. (3.1 - 6.8)
Free T4 24.3. (12 - 22)
Folate >19.8 ug/L. (>3.89)
B12 active. >150 pmol/L. (>37.5)
Vitamin D. 122.00 nmol/L (50 - 175)
Ferritin. 275.00 ug/L. (13 - 150)
Thyroglobulin. <10 kIU/L. (>115)
Thyroid Peroxidase. <9.0 kIU/L (<34)
I had the DIO2 blood test and it was negative. Do my Vitamins look ok for my conversion T4 to T3? I am though, feeling better than I did this time last year when I started on Levo. Should I decrease back down to 100mg and see how I feel?
Thank you

Medichecks range is 3.89-19.45 and it's recommended to be at least half way through range. You are slightly over range. I don't see the need for you to take a separate Folate supplement, was this recommended for you?
B12 active. >150 pmol/L. (>37.5)
Medichecks range is 37.5-188. Your Active B12 is higher than they can measure. I don't see the need for you to take a separate B12.
With these results I'd be inclined to stop both folate and B12 supplements for 3 months then retest. Depending on the new results I'd probably take a good quality B Complex to ensure I maintain decent levels. Thorne Basic B or Igennus Super B would be a good choice.
Vitamin D. 122.00 nmol/L (50 - 175)
This is a good level, nicely in the middle of the range recommended by the Vit D Society and Grassroots Health of 100-125nmol/L. What dose D3 are you taking?
Ferritin. 275.00 ug/L. (13 - 150)
This is high. Are you supplementing?
TSH. 0.01. (0.27 - 4.2)
Free T3 4.09. (3.1 - 6.8)
Free T4 24.3. (12 - 22)
Your FT4 is over range and only producing an FT3 level 26.75% through range. In my opinion these results suggest that a slightly lower dose of Levo and the addition of some T3 may be beneficial.
No, just taking Vitamins as per advice I have read on the forum. OK, I'll stop for 3 months and retest then Ingennus Super B if needed.
D3 is H&B 25ug, 1 per day. Not supplementing re Ferritin, it's been this high since my first Medichecks results at the end of 2019. I asked my GP about it but he dismissed it, I'm keeping an eye on it incase it rises even further (Haemochromatosis, I've read up on a bit etc)
Thought you would say that about Levo and T3, so...... shall I post a new thread on where I can get T3? I'm self medicating. ( Or could you PM me ?)
Thank you again, I've learned so much from you and the other admins and contributors on this forum.

Does your Levo supplier also supply T3?
The Admin team don't keep a list of suppliers and can't pass on any information about where you can obtain prescription only medication without prescription, but you can ask in a PM if we have any feedback about a specific supplier and this can be passed on if we have any.
Yes, make a new post asking for recommendations by PM for a supplier if you need one, it will of course need to have replies turned off but it will still be visible.

That's just 1,000iu and with your current level of 122nmol/L it seems to be maintaining your level. It might be worth increasing during the winter months to 2,000iu when we can't make Vit D naturally from the sun. We shold retest twice a year when supplementing to check our levels and adjust dose if necessary. Good times to test are late March/April after winter and late October/November after summer.
Is your supplement in tablet form? Tablets are the least absorbable form of D3, best form is oil based softgels and some people like the oral spray. Other than the spray form D3 requires dietary fat/oil to be absorbed.
Do you also take D3's important cofactors? Magnesium helps the body convert D3 into it's usable form and Vit K2-MK7 directs the extra uptake of calcium from food to bones and teeth where it's needed and away from arteries and soft tissues where it can be deposited and cause problems like calcification of arteries, kidney stones, etc.
I bought them when I was abroad, I think they used to but when I asked the supply had dried up but I will look into it again. OK I'll do a new post for T3 supply.
Yes the D3 is a tablet, the B12 was Betteryou spray so I'll try the D3 spray. Yes I'm taking the other Vitamins etc.
No I haven't. I asked GP for one end of 2019 when I was back in the UK but he said no. (You had advised me back then. I was living abroad at the time and was sorting tests etc out there with medical insurance, then Covid came along so we had to come back to the UK) OK I'll look into getting one done privately.
