I have been suffering internal shaking in my upper body from past 6 months due to that my sleep also effects.Mostly i am waking up(between 3am to 4am)with internal shaking sensation.I am 43 years old male and i don't have other health issues.My MRI,EEG reports are came normal.

My doubt is which part of the body is internally shaking or vibrating, Is it nerves or muscles or blood veins ?

Please suggest how we can cure naturally through nature cure.

Requesting to all recovered persons having the same above issue,please share your remedies,tips which are very helpful to us.

I have found some information through internet which can support for these Internal vibrations/Internal shaking/Anxiety/Insomnia issues,which may not cure completely but can get some relief

1) Having dinner of gluten free diet/opting complete gluten free diet

2) Candida cleanse diet

3) Apple cider vinegar with honey,lemon and luke warm water on empty stomach

4) If have deficiency for following then need to have supplements- Magnesium,B12,D3,Calcium,Omega3 fish oil,Thyroid....

5) Daily having soaked(6 to 8 hours) and peeled 5 almonds,3 walnuts

6) 1 gram of nutmeg powder with luke warm water

7) Daily doing pranayama Anulom vilom -15 minutes,Kapalbhati-10 minutes in fresh air

8) Deep breathing exercise x-4x-2x(4sec inhale with nose-16sec hold-slowly exhale 8sec with mouth)-5 minutes

9) Progressive muscle relaxation

10) Having amino acid supplements Glycine,Inositol,L-Theanine

11) Daily 30 minutes full body workout

12) Chopped raw garlic-1 no. medium,kept aside 5 minutes(allow to release Allicin),later chew raw garlic (can be mix with honey)

13) Lactobacillus –good bacteria supplements

14) Having Ashwagandha Ayurveda capsules

Hi Basha,

Thank you for sharing your remedies. I too have the same complaint. I constantly worry it is something serious like Parkinson’s as my mam has it. That is causing more anxiety. Has anyone figured out what may be the cause. I hope you get some answers. I wake at 4 every morning with twitching internal tremors and tingling fingers and feet

Please consume 50 to 60 grams of Protein and 10 to 15ml fat(Ghee, olive oil) daily,from past 10 days i have followed the same and i have seen improvement my internal shaking calm up to some extent and feeling better than my prior stage, and my sleep quality also improved.Source and content of protein is below for your reference.

1) Lentils 100 gm - 18 gm Protein

2) Soyachunks 50 gm - 25 gm Protein,consume limit quantity as it may have hormonal issues

3) Legumes 100 gm - 15 gm Protein

4) Paneer 100gm - 18 gm Protein

5) Fish 100 gm - 25 gm Protein

6) Chicken Breast 100 gm - 25 gm Protein

7) Egg 1pc - 4 gm Protein

Sounds like it could be B12 deficiency. Do you have a low meat diet?

Would recommend getting tested before you take any B12 supplements - they're known to affect results.

Hi,

I have taken B12 supplements but did not worked for me as my himoglogin levels are good,but i have seen improvement when i consumed more protein and fat my anxiety internal shaking levels are reduced...

Get your thyroid levels checked, and a saliva cortisol 4 tube test. Adaptogens might be lowering your cortisol, same w/theanine. Don't take them. Might get better. But def do those tests. Thyroid is checked using a FULL panel, not just TSH and T4.
