I’m on day 11 post circumcision, I have yellow stuff on my incision lines and/ stitches ….can this be an infection ? Second question , is it ok for me to take warm baths with Epsom salts instead of me putting warm water in a container and cleaning the wound using cotton wool ?

Salt baths are not taken using Epsom salts. You need to use ordinary table salt. The salt baths are to help avoid infection and Epsom salts do not help that.
Modern healthcare here in Nordic won't use Epsom salt on open wound. If tap water is polluted, you can use instead homemade saline solution: 1 litre of boiled water + 1 tea spoon table salt or sea salt. Wait until it is cooled down near 37°C. You can use saline solution for cleaning with pads and rinse with it too.
