Anyone else have lots of vivid dreams, ive started taking 2 gummy magnesium before bed for my tired achy muscles, its definitely helped but I'm dreaming pretty much all night and able to remember most, anyone else experienced this after starting magnesium?

This sounds very good assuming you are sleeping better. Perhaps you were magnesium deficient and your vascular system tended to contract reducing blood supply, this can impair sleep. Around 80% of growth hormone (GH) is produced during deep sleep and GH helps repair tissues which may reduce your aches and pains.

I found when I started to get good deep sleep with vivid dreams my minor aches and pains went away. I wouldn't worry about vivid dreams, I suspect it is a bit of a catch up and you will get less in the near future. Pure guesswork but I suspect dreams help us rearrange memories and make more 'space' for brainwork, being deliberately vague because it is guesswork.
