Sussex County Championships report
Throughout the U.K. last weekend many counties held their annual athletics championships, at which many of the young future track and field stars take part. It’s an event that my county, Sussex, decided would also host the Sussex Masters Championships. No idea why other than to perhaps save money. As

I'm wondering if I really do need to continue with Rivaroxaban 20mg. Diagnosed about 15 years ago with paroxysmal AF and an ablation 13 years ago, I haven't actually had a bout of AF for over two years. I only experience ectopics and even they have reduced since taking magnesium and CoenzymeQ10. I'm

Pregabalin nervousness?
I take a low dose of pregabalin at 8:30pm (100 mg) and go to bed two hours later. I am generally very tired in the evenings (much more than I would like to be) and my question is that it seems that the pregabalin is causing nervousness. It used to be maybe once a week, but now it seems to be causing

Do I need to be concerned? UPDATE!
Hi fellow AFibbers. Further to my post below; Firstly, may I take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who have kindly taken the time to reply with support and advice. Too many to thank you or reply to you all individually! So, as wisely advised by many of you, I took myself to A

Great Bristol 10k 🙂🏃♀️
I wasn’t sure whether to post this on the Bridge or the Race Support forum, so apologies for putting it on both! The original plan for this event was that I would run the 10k with my sister - and we were then joined by my husband. We drove down to spend the evening with my sister who lives nearby and

Getting off Thyroxin
My last blood in April was all normal, this was the very first in 20 years to be completely normal. 20 years ago I was put onto 120mg of thyroxin after a bout of quinsy along with an intense and stressful year along with a 50lb weight gain. I know it doesn't suit everyone but I lost all my weight gain

Magnesium for RLS
Iron supplements never worked for me (and my serum ferritin has never been low anyway);
magnesium
oxide
did not work (it's not easily absorbed, you're paying for expensive urine); magnesium oil spray didn't work for me, but it does work for some.

B1 Overdose
I need a bit of advise, pls. I think my HwP has overdosed on 500ml hcl daily after taking just 2 weeks. His symptoms are more noticeable especially his balance and speech. We plan to take a break from the B1 to ascertain if he’s overdosed or not. In the meantime, should we wait for the symptoms to clear

Relieve pain in the penis, scrotum and perineum?
Pain in the penis, scrotum, and perineum can be distressing, but there are several approaches that may help relieve the discomfort. Here are some suggestions: 1. Apply warm compress: Placing a warm compress or towel on the affected area can help relax the muscles and reduce pain. Ensure the compress

Magnesium Taurate
I know a few of you take Magnesium Taurate and say it works - where do you get this for a decent price that works? I am in NSR but feel the odd beat/flutter every now & then. My usual Multi Vit/Min contains only 29% magnesium & Ive just been put on Furosemide which I’ve read can deplete magnesium (

Back in the thyroid zone!
Been a while but I’ve been over on another site PMRGCAUK, jeez these autoimmune diseases , the gift that keeps on giving ! Long story but on Pred for that , tapering into my 10th month. Fabulous group, as is this, but taken my eye off the ball with the thyroid lately! Anyway availed of the Blue Horizon

Poor Conversion T4 to T3 update and supplement advice (Magnesium, Vit B complex, Vit C)
Nearly two months after my Medichecks blood tests and c5 weeks after GP blood test results (see previous posts) I've managed to get an answer from my GP - he has consulted the Endo at local hospital who says I'm a poor converter... Apparently current NHS guidance is to increase the amount of T4 I'm
