Hello friends, Is it better to take magnesium taurate than magnesium glycinate for afib? Or is it trial and error to see what works best?

Autopsies tell us the secrets of Parkinson's...

Is there anything I can do to improve further?
I'm finally, finally having much better days. I could weep with relief. I'm so thankful. I still have symptoms though and don't feel back to full health. My latest blood are from being on 100mcg levo for 6 weeks. I'm already gluten free and am supplementing with spatone, vitamin D oral spray, Ingennus

Weird heart beat like it will stall!!!!!
Can anyone shed any light on this, please. I'm getting spells where my heart goes really slow, then sort of 'stalls' as if it going to stop and then goes back to a normal rhythm. It makes me feel sort of jittery and a bit breathless which is how I spotted it. I had it a month or so ago and the arrythmia

Magnesium Citrate relieves irregular heart beats.
I'm a 77 year old male with mild inherited anxiety disorder. Exactly one year ago I developed irregular heartbeat: never a full minute went by without 1 to 6 missed beats. I had had short periods of irregular heartbeat before but always linked to obvious anxiety episodes and only lasting a maximum of

Latest results show low TSH, high FT4 but have hypo symptoms, seeing endo next Monday
Hi, this is my second post on this forum. I need some help interpreting my latest figures from a prick blood test I did with Thriva. As they use wide ranges I've included 'normal' and 'optimal' ranges that they highlight in their results. I took this test on Monday 18 Jan in the morning on fasting stomach

RLS TREATMENT: Every day I read questions and answers on this forum and I would like to share with you some of my concerns
about the replies given to the many RLS sufferers who are struggling with their medication. All medications, if you read the leaflets, have side-effects and complications and at the end of the day, we have to weigh up which ones are going to be effective for each of us individually. 1.Dopamine Agonists

Ionic magnesium chloride. Is ionic better?
I’m thinking of adding a magnesium supplement to take for a short while because I keep reading that many of us are deficient. I’ve looked at the list provided on this forum and saw that there are probably four or five “best types” but what is ionic magnesium? I’ve found a liquid one by metabolics - I
