Exemestane side effects?
With a great deal of effort, I managed to get my exemestane switched back to the original generic. I still have diarrhea, but not as extreme with the other generic. My oncologist thinks it is not the exemestane that is causing it. She says it is "not usual." It says it is a side effect of unknown frequency

Insomnia - Could nightime liothyronine exacerbate it?
Hi, I've just read: https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/148510755/liothyronine-brands-and-insomnia. As ever the answer seems to be "it depends"! Some better on or off lio, some better at bedtime or on waking, etc. My sleep pattern is (roughly) one half-decent sleep followed by an utterly awful

Is the 4 month "sleep regression" for real?
Hi Mommy's, my boy turned 4 months and started to show show signs of regression 3or 4 days before that as google suggests. He is really struggling to sleep n cranky , i really have to hold him for atleast an hour sometimes more which is fine by me but my heart aches to see him cry like that. I typically

Water and magnesium
Just been to the pharmacy to fill my prescription and she was alarmed by the number of drugs I take and told me I needed to drink more water and take high dose magnesium marine (4 tablets)when I get initial signs of a migraine and that will stop them. Just like that! Well why haven't any GPs or neurologist

Severe RLS Where do I go now?
Hi! I've been lurking reading your posts for a couple of years. I live in Sweden and am a 58 yo female and have severe burning RLS without PLMD. Here's a condensed version of my story: July 2011 Laminectomy C4-C5. no real slide effects except nerve pain in right index finger which I've learned to block

Thoughts!
So I have been looking into lots of way to healing the thyroid and coming off the thyroxine. Has anyone ever successfully managed to do this. I have been following and reading a lot of information from Gary Brecka who is a biologist and does a lot of work on thyroid function. I have started supplements

Hypo after all?
Hello everyone, this is my first post, though I’ve been gleaning pearls of wisdom from this site for a couple of years, so thank you all! I’m a 60-year-old male. I’ve had chronic fatigue since 1988; tight forehead pain and a horrible “saturated brain” feeling since the late 1990s (brought on by reading

magnesium citrate
I have had PMR for 4 years. I’m down to 3mgs. My question is I have taken magnesium citrate off and on for excruciating leg night cramps but it doesn’t agree with my digestive system. What would you suggest as an alternative? Many thanks

I month taking triple magnesium and no incidents of afib.
Really don't know if it a fluke or real , but I was having random afib with rapid HR. Now I have none. Taurate, glycinate, and malate. Anyone else have this experience?

Thyroid Test results
We'd be really grateful for any feedback on my husband's thyroid test results taken at 8.45am before breakfast. (Blue Horizon Gold). He has been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome for 10 plus years and there is a history in his family of thyroid problems. We are trying to get a clearer picture

Hi guys, I’ve been following you for 4 years and have taken different actions recommended over the time. I’ve just had my bloods done and I’m waiting for results. Vitamins B1 and Magnesium
I was advised to try vitamin B1 in addition to my usual magnesium each night. The good news is I noticed a significant difference after a week or so. You may want to try some B1 if you have never tried it before. As always aim for the best quality supplements. Good luck.

RLS Absence and Clarification
I have had RLS for over 25+ years, used and exhausted all the RLS medications, when neurologist prescribed methadone, five months ago. I am at 20 mg, twice nightly. About 3-4 weeks ago, the symptoms disappeared, and I am trying to figure it out, possibly the Group can help. I began taking the magnesium
