Hi, I’m wondering if anyone is able to please offer me some advice on what to ask in my follow up appointment tomorrow after a negative pregnancy test. Here’s my history which has all been as a single person I’m 41 years old, 42 in January. AMH in September 2023 was 7.7. Followed healthy diet

at my wits end
My story is a long story.Everything was fine with my GP and had a good gp/patient relationship-had full trust in him -until 2011 when he referred me to rheumatology because he thought my symptoms were something else besides my Fibromyalgia. The rheumatologist did nothing except tell me" you need to lose

asking for advice please? I started with PMR last October, as soon as I was prescribed 15 ml Prednisolone I felt like I had been given a magic wand. The medication has gradually been reduced & I am now down to 6mg. I have had no trouble ever since. About 4 days ago, I guessed I had pulled a muscle

I was originally trialing 5 microgram 7 day patches that got me out of that dark tunnel but wasn’t 100% effective so after the initial 3 week trial I wrote to Dr Christopher Murphy explained the situation and he arranged for me to collect 10 microgram 7 day patches from Salford Royal Infirmary. I applied

IVF transfer protolols (adenomyosis / endometriosis)
Hey there fellow warriors. I am agonising over IVF transfer protocols. After a year of batch stimming I am very fortunate to have 3 euploid blastocysts on ice ready to transfer. I have had five failed transfers (x2 miscarriages, 3 BFNs) and feel like I have tried everything already in terms of protocols

Such a complicated journey...but essentially after successful spinal stenosis surgery in March,Ienjoyed a few weeks of good health and mobility. I continued Piqray and had to start metformin. In May, I began experiencing increasing pain in my right hp where the cancer is located. Scans were ordered

Not sure how to help/plan
Hi all, I'm not really sure what I'm looking for, but felt like typing this might somehow make something better. I'm late 30s, single, only child, single parent, no other family left alive. My mum was diagnosed with stage 4B ovarian last August. She's done chemo (CA 125 down to 6), and debulking.

Hi, I have heart disease and had a stent 2 years ago,I'm on a cocktail of medication.I had an echocardiogram recently that shows mild aortic stenosis and mild/ moderate aortic reguritation. This was a surprise to me as this has never been mentioned until now.Looking back at a CT Angiogram from 2019

New GP who understands thyroid!!
Private endocrinologist discharged me back to my surgery as he "could not" treat me with my TSH being back in range, positive TPO in the 300's & ultrasound showing small thyroid (ords) still highly symptomatic, saw another GP at the practice really to ask for a 2nd opinion. New GP listed my symptoms

Johns Hopkins adjusted clinical groups system score mean under nhs?
I see this on record Johns Hopkins adjusted clinical groups system score of ACG 5. What does it mean how does it impact me in any way.? I have started asking for blood tests and my GP has not been happy about it. Surgery has never been keen to blood tests though this seems to have popped up on record

Seen the Oncologist
The Oncologist examined me and has decided to send me for a scan to see if the lump has gotten any bigger. If so it could mean Surgery Radiotherapy or drugs, if its shrinking to stay on Tamoxifen and he would see me in months. So I'm just waiting for appointments at the moment Gordon (Redier)

shingles jab anyone?
I had a very bad bout of shingles three years ago. Yesterday my doctors surgery rang to say I qualified for a jab! I tried to ask if it was worthwhile for someone who had already had shingles and was told she was the receptionist! Fair enough but then you can’t speak to a medic anymore Any thoughts

Result of CT angiogram
Heard back from the rapid access chest pain clinic and they confirmed I have a mild to moderate blockage of my coronary arteries. Antibiotic for UTI
I have been prescribed nitrofurantoin from my surgery for my UTI. Bearing in mind they don’t acknowledge that I have a b12 deficiency, should I be taking them? I did mention it to the triage nurse I spoke. I started B12 injections a couple of weeks ago, so hoping it won’t cause me any problems, but

Please advice
My latest PSA on 6/11/24 was 1.06 up from 0.65 on 4/2/24. I have a meeting with my MO on 4/26 to discuss the next step. I was taking Opdivo immunotherapy from 2/2023 to 2/2024 for bladder cancer. so far my bladder cancer is in check so now I can focus on my PCA. Should I get a PSMA pet? is it time to
