I'm so proud of my self for going today...I was in a foil

OCD and work
Also if it gets really bothersome, I feel like it makes my
mood
drop really
low
. I find that I am unable to stop working thru some tasks and then I make myself dead tired. I also like work because it keeps my mind busy and distracted.

Anyone recognise these symptoms?
Brain fog, really
low
mood
etc… Id assumed that once being diagnosed hyper that these bouts would go away, but they havent and so I need to try and figure out what they are and if thyroid could be a cause.

Blood test results
Symptoms are still not good at all - sore muscles, fatigue, poor concentration,
low
mood
. Thriva recommendations include taking magnesium (200-300mg) and going gluten free for 2-3 wks. I would very much welcome your thoughts and advice as my symptoms are still very challenging.

Nighttime asthma
Hi, only recently diagnosed after 5 years of on off symptoms where my GP said was anxiety. Got fed up and paid for private assessment. Had dye injected CT, full lung function tests and examined by specialist. Had lung function tests about 8 weeks after starting beclamecasone. Exceeded average on it

Diabetes Type 2, PD and Berberine
Diabetes is a common disease that affects many Americans and 90 to 95% of diabetics have Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). I will be discussing T2DM and one option to help deal with it effectively based on multiple studies. Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) is significantly less common so I will focus this discussion

Why has my blood sugar level gone High on very low carb diet?
3 moths back my hba1c was 6.3 now i am sure it must by close to 8, haven't checked it yet, getting tests done tomorrow. I have observed that even after no significant change in diet i am getting high bg. Yesterday I had a lassi at 4.30 pm and at 6.30pm my bg was 198. For lunch i just had curd and ladyfingers

Understanding results
I’m hot all the time, no sweats just red hot.I began to struggle with a very
low
mood
for no reason and could actually of just given up on life. My Dr diagnosed b12 deficiency and put me on tablets( obviously pandemic stoped b12 injections).

Update on hubby
His moods swings are all over the place still, but the
low
mood

Fish and no chips
One thing with low carb life-style is I do miss occasional fish and chips. I went passed a chippy tonight and the smell was wonderful. So my question is, if I had just the battered fish, without any chips (which I won't miss anyhow), is that going to be full of carbs. And let's assume the batter is

If it is not asthma, could there be something wrong with my lungs? 🤔🤔
Hi. What is your opinion on this? Do you think I have Asthma or something else (perhaps a lung problem)? 🙂 I'm 19 years old and have been significantly out of breath always, from the age of 6/7. It was not until I was about 15, that I was officially diagnosed with asthma by the gp after I had an asthma

Anybody try LDN?
I was wondering if anyone has tried low dose naltrexone (LDN) for their PMR? My Functional Medicine GP has said that she has successfully treated many of her patients with a variety of conditions using this medication at very low doses. I am sure my Rheumatologist would not agree to prescribing since

Low carb Halva / Erythritol?
Morning all I've been eating LCHF for a few years. Although I don't get sugar cravings I do really love Halva and would like to be able to eat it more often, rather than just for a special treat. For those who aren't familiar, it's a middle eastern sesame snack made predominantly from pulped sesame

Low carb/keto and running...
Just completed my last run of c25k! Last week I found it my HBA1C levels were 42 which is just in prediabetes range. I did a bit of research and started ketogenic diet, but my last 2 runs felt like really hard work. Anyone have any advice in low carb and running? Thanks 🙏
