What is your relationship between work and OCD? Does your OCD help you at work or deter you from being productive?

There are days where I feel conflict between maintaining order and perfection and OCD thoughts throwing me off my “flow”. Also if it gets really bothersome, I feel like it makes my mood drop really low. I find that I am unable to stop working thru some tasks and then I make myself dead tired. I also like work because it keeps my mind busy and distracted.

OCD is a curse and a boon in relation to work for me. Some days it helps, on others it wrecks havoc.
