Low mood
So after speaking to my gp this morning regarding
low
mood
/depression/anxiety she had prescribed fluoxitine. I'm convinced it's thyroid related along with other symptoms (have hashis) I just feel stuck in a rut and there's not much i can do other than my gp monitoring me every 6 months.

5 years since diagnosed...
1st, sorry this is long... Made my Mama's homemade Tamales! Where did I get the energy. You tell me. This past year has been strange. Got my vaccines and the booster. And after my 2nd vaccine I experienced about week of energy. It was weird. Told my hep about it. He shrugged his shoulders. I just enjoyed

Struggling to cope with heart failure, help!
Presently, my
mood
, confidence and self-esteem is very
low
. I can't work due to fatigue, muscle pain, tiredness and breathlessness. I don't moan about it to my family, (wife and two children) but I know my health changes have had a massive impact on us all.

I went to the gym the other day and started feeling short of Breath easily and have done for a few days now.. I still haven’t used any inhaler as I’m not sure i have asthma due to my peak flow being 800

Cirrhosis and depression
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced extremely
low
mood
with all the conditions associated with having cirrhosis. I am only 9 weeks sober and feel like I have hit a brick wall. My itching is unbearable, chronic fatigue and aches and pains all over.

Sorry me again peak flow on 43inch child
I'm new to this and told to write down morning and nights best of 3... we couldn't get the peak flow meter for 2 days and the difference the inhalers made in that time symptom wise in terms of cough and mucus is amazing almost like a switch slight cough on exercise and if stressed or its cold outside

Does drinking wine affect your COPD? As yet I have no diagnosis due to Covid- although from what I read and my peak flow results I’m pretty sure I have unfortunately- I find I cough up more mucus during the night and I am more wheezy too . I have already given up red wine but I am finding that even

9 weeks in - doing OK but looking for some positive vibes!
I'm 37 and feel a bit sad about the diagnosis; the hissing sound is moderately intrusive but the effect on my body through what I believe to be stress is quite frustrating (feel a bit weak and I'm normally very very energetic); and my
mood
and thoughts are quite
low

Newly diagnosed with asthma - need help!
I have been suffering with breathing difficulties for 2 years, following a severe chest infection. My breathing never got back to normal. I've tried to get help from the GP several times, but was told for the first year that 'it takes time to recover from chest infections' and in the second year that
