This is what I had for leftovers from last night's dinner. I had a Pineapple on the Bottom Greek yogurt with the Vegetarian Chili at lunch. The chili had red kidney beans, plant based meat, diced tomatoes and chunky mild salsa. The entire meal was 46 total carbs. with the yogurt. Without the yogurt, the total carbs. is 30. Everything was delicious and I enjoyed it. Very low carb. and high protein. 🙂👍
