Help! Blood results give unexpected drop in % through range of Free T4, Free T3 and quite an increase in TSH

Hi All

I have been working on being my own best advocate, and I rely on this site when I need advice I can trust, so here I am asking for your expertise...

A brief overview (Btw - I am just 60 OMG)!

* My mood was low -endo prescribed HRT, it didn't suit, mood worsened

* Spoke to an understanding Female GP on the phone as I was constantly crying, she agreed HRT was a great move but said there were far more modern options, I have been on oestrogen and inserting Utrogestan since and settled although gained a few pounds!

* I increased Thyroxine over time under endo from 50 to 75 to 100 - at 100 I was going very hyper, Free T3 & T4 were increasing through range but I felt worse. Lacking confidence I decided to stay on 75 then have bloods - results Jan 2022 below, I am quite shocked by the increase in TSH but especially by the drop in through range of Free T3 & T4 but I feel better than I did when TSH was low and FT3 and 4 were double 'Dunno emoji'

* Don't really want to go back to endo, may go to a new GP (I have Doctor Care Anywhwere but not tried yet), but need someone on my side to recommend what to do, I am going 75 / 100 alternate days for now, nervous of 100 everyday after not feeling great last time and lost confidence

* I have had upset as in nursing a terminally ill pet which is devastating - wonder if stress has caused this?

* Screenshot of historical bloods below - any advice most welcome if you got this far thank you so much for reading :-)

Are 75mcg and 100mcg both same brand of levothyroxine

Always test early morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

I have added a 'cut' screenshot hopefully readable?

Yes same brand Accord

Always test early and always with water and freshly squeezed lemon juice as recomended by Izabella Wentz for best absorption

I take magnesium at night and selenium and vit D at lunchtime, vitamin results are all good - TSH has increased and Free T4 and Free T3 have halved through range? Does this mean i have beocome a poor converter (amybe due to HRT or stress)?
