Hydroxychloroquine affecting hormones??
I’ve been taking that as usual, but I’ve had breakthrough bleeding, wild

swings with quite
low
mood
which is really unusual for me. I’ve also experienced a Migraine with Aura which I haven’t experienced for 3 years since they took me off the contraceptive pill with estrogen.

Low hormone levels-what do they mean? What is normal?
This year I have started with hot flashes, night sweats, lethargy (had for years but worse now) brain fog (again had for years but worse now) anxiety,
low
mood
, irregular periods. I finally managed a telephone call with a gp who prescribed me oestrogen gel and progesterone pills.

My brother's results -help with interpretation
It turns out that my brother has been having the exact same symptoms as I have been having:
low
energy,
low
mood
, brain fog, lack of concentration. Except for he is not gaining any weight, but eating a lot, which I don't experience.

Best HRT options after total hysterectomy
Hi, hope you’re all having a good day 🤗 After having a total hysterectomy and ovaries removed, I’ve been on Tibalone for a few years now, it seemed to be working, I wasn’t having too many menopause symptoms, but for the last 6 months it has got so bad, I have no energy,
low
mood
, really bad brain fog

Strange feelings
Low
mood
and very tearful. Fatigue like I have never known, excessive intermittent sweating but the worse is the strange muzzy feelings in my head. I’m feeling terribly anxious. Has anyone else experienced these strange feelings when reducing or could something else be going on?

Latest results - pondering next steps
I'm "doing ok", managing to work about 30 hours/week without needing mid-afternoon naps any more, but I have little spare energy, sleep poorly, racing mind,
low
mood
and motivation, etc. Should I increase my T3 as there's room for improvement there I think? Do some other test genetic, etc?

Something still not right…. Advice anyone? 🙏🏽
Hi there, I’m a 49 year old lifelong asthmatic. Very well controlled with Montelulast and Singulair 200. Never use ventolin. BUT when I get a cold, cough, Covid it sets me in a downward spiral. This is where I am at the moment. Ventolin is used daily. Had a cold toward end of Nov which went to my chest

Valium alternatives
So while in hospital for my barrage of tests etc I was taking high doses of slow K and slow Mag morning and night (magnesium and potassium) and Thiamine (high dose in the morning) and Valium in the morning and at night. The supplements I’ll get a clearer picture of from my nephrologist that originally

Peri menopause and levothyroxine
I've got myself in such a state, I'm so confused with what to do.i can't stand the pain and
low
mood
but worried that the
low
dose is causing the bloating and weight gain. I'm big anyway and now I feel awful and really don't want to put anymore on.

Feeling hopeless
Hello everyone, first post. I've had asthma since a child and I'm 43 now but only used a blue inhalor up till earlier this year. Now it's out of control if it is even asthma I'm not so sure anymore since the none of the meds seem to work and in fact some seem to make it worse and my peak flow goes down
