Diagnosed with bi polar, PTSD, and anxiety. Currently taking Seroquel 200 mg in the evening and 100 mg Gabapentin 1-2 daily as needed for anxiety. New to this forum. Having trouble with low mood and anxiety. Trouble with leaving my room and the house due to major anxiety and judgement from others.

very similar situation, diagnosis, but a bit different medications. came here looking for support and people have been wonderful so far.
i went through a really rough period over the last 5 years... lots of staying in bed because it was the only place i felt safe. so much guilt and anxiety. I'm in a better place right now with managing my symptoms, but I'm dealing with a huge life change with my partner leaving me, and it's been a struggle just getting up and through the day.
i can recommend some books/workbooks that have been a lifesaver for me, especially with what's going on currently, if you're interested.
i will close this out with advice I've been getting recently because it's something i struggle with, but just be kind to yourself. you are trying your best, even on bad days, and you deserve compassion.
