Hi

What do you take for anxiety and low mood ?

I have tried citalopram, nothing.

And duloxetine it made me feel so much better but then I have educated myself about that evil medication and I don’t take it anymore. Is there any decent antidepressants in this country where wouldn’t make you put weight on, and is doesn’t have really terrible side effects long term like duloxetine ?

..... you know....that's really a question for your doctor because everyone reacts to the same medication differently.... I take an SSRI that took a long time to find the right fit and dosage for me specifically. But I also rely on a lot of vit's. minerals, herbals, and all are taken under supervision. Getting advice from other members might be a bit risky.
