Hi. I posted my results last week but my T3 wasn’t tested. I have this week managed to get tested again, after getting embarrassingly upset at my GP appointment, and my T3 has been tested this time. These are my results- TSH 0.10 (0.2-4.0) T4 20.2 (10.0-20.0) T3 1.3(0.9-2.5) My vitamins weren’t tested

All systems go! First IVF round next cycle.. eeeek! :-s Any healthy living prep suggestions or tips would be fab xxx
Hello everyone! So after just under a year of tests and appointments, we've had our appointment with the consultant, who has approved for us for an NHS round of ICSI (or possible IVF- to be decided after egg retrieval). We asked about waiting times to get started, and to our shock, they've suggested

Hashi with light at end of tunnel after experiments and Endo meet?
For those who recall - I'm Hashi 10 years and said I'd feed back after making changes and Endo meeting. Kept getting really bad headaches, brain fog, low energy, so instead of increasing dose as before, came off Levo altogether (not on doctors orders!) Plus gluten-free diet. Felt fab even after 7 weeks

PSA up then down
I'm now a 64 years old, but my PSA issues started eight years ago. On a routine examine, my PSA reading showed 5.2. Two months later it dropped to 4.3 then about a year later it went up to 4.9. My DRE were all good with my prostate being firm and smooth. Of course the urologist insisted I have a

I love travelling and have found it a risky business since becoming ill - you never know what obstacles you may come across on your holidays. Things that go bump in the night...and keep you awake.
From what I understand and have read, there are several things that can give a person insomnia. Even if you have RLS, that does not mean that the RLS is the only thing keeping you awake (usually in the form of too much glutamate.) There is too much histamine, cortisol spikes, etc. etc. Here is something

Daith piercing👍🏻
I had the Daith piercing on the 7th, had a bad headache the next day BUT every day since virtually pain free. Is it too early to tell? I cannot believe an ear piercing could be the final nail in the coffin for my migraine. I am also on Amitriptyline, magnesium supplements and daily aspirin, currently

Low-carb induction
Do NOT attempt to do a ‘low salt’
diet
– on
LCHF
your body has a much higher requirement for salt, so feel free to add salt to taste. No need to overdo it, of course.

How to threat Fatty Liver condition, or to find help
Hi! I am a bit scared of my condition. It all began two years ago when I was working and suddenly a pain in the lower right part of my abdomen begun. In the beginning, I thought that was appendicitis, but the pain (like someone is inserting a sharp knife) is more likely in the upper right on the abdomen
