Hi everyone!...just thought I would share this info with you......

I have read and re-reading The Plant Paradox-the hidden dangers in “healthy foods that cause disease and weight gain” by Steven R. gundry, MD.....

-Terry Wahls, MD, author of The Wahls Protocol wrote: “The Plant Paradox offers a true paradigm shift in the way we think about food. Whether you’re paleo, gluten-free, low carb, or plant-based, Dr. Gundry’s profound insights and practical advice will help reverse both autoimmune and neurodegenerative disease.”

I have never read anything like this book before about nutrition and our health...it’s an eye-opening read!

If you are interested in what part diet could play you may find this interesting.

The way these work is you give an email address and then you can watch the whole summit for free. They encourage you to buy DVD copies of the summit at the end but there is no compulsion to do so.

But quite often there is some useful information to be gleaned.

Hi LeanCat. I was very interested in this as it specifically relates to autoimmune conditions so I plugged in Dr Grundy's name into google and came across this..nutritionstudies.org/the-pl...

As with all 'scientific' or pseudo scientific studies there will also be alternative views but certainly this commentary made be stop and think before I go down a restrictive dietary regime. A bit more research on my side I think.

I am converting to a raw plant based vegan diet. Nutrition plays a major part and I am committed to turning this disease around and seeing if I can treat it with food rather than medication.

Hi, did you have any success with reversing it with food? What helped if anything?
