Doxycycline Vitamin C and other things
I originally landed in this forum because I was looking for patients using COC Protocol. We're interested in it as an extra arm of treatment. I also noticed discussions mentioning scepticism regarding repurposed drugs. Scepticism is a powerful tool, we should all apply it to our daily lives. Never take

Vitamin C before ET
I have a cold coming and stupidly downed a 1000mg vitamin c tablet the day before my ET tomorrow. Worried that it will increase my estrogen level too much. Argh. So annoyed with myself. How long does it take to pass through the body?

3 months post ablation
My ablation was at the beginning of March. My EP told me I had had a “full service” and was told to stop all medication apart from Rivaroxaban. The cardiologist recommended Magnesium, Q10, Vit C and Omega 3. This seems to be going well, I am still very aware of my heart beating, but in sinus rhythm with

MEDICHECKS TEST KIT ARRIVED - which supps do I need to give up before testing and for how long?
Hi Everyone. This is my first private test and I really need to make this test count and get results which are as accurate as possible from it. I would be very grateful if members would have a look at the supps I am taking and advise which ones I need to stop before doing the test and for how long.

CRP Levels
My CRP levels are monitored on a monthly basis and last week’s results triggered a call from my surgery saying an alert had been flagged as ‘they continue to be elevated’ and my GP needed a conversation with me. She is ringing this afternoon. Has anyone ever had this happen? Do you have your CRP levels

🍅 British tomato week 20th-26th May 🍅
Hi everyone, Tomatoes are the major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to many health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and cancer. They are also a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K and next week is British tomato week. https:/

Is it a cold, flu, viral or bacterial infection?
Can anyone tell me how to determine if I have a cold, flu, viral or bacterial infection? I was around a guy who had an awful cough. He's treating it with an occasional cough drop and occasional shot of robatussin, and 2000 mg of vit c. It didn't put him to bed. He may also have some nasal congestion

Vitamin c and fibrosis
Can anyone offer incite as to whether vitamin c promotes fibrosis via collagen development from vitamin c? It has so many other benefits in haematological parameters that I want to continue it but cautious due to forming collagen fibrosis. Someone with a technical mind may be able to decipher this VERY

Blood tests
Hi everyone - so I got my blood test results back yesterday and am really worried about some of them ☹️. Vitamin D toxicity
I've been taking vitamin d supplements for a while now. In the winter time I take 10000 IU in the summertime 5000 IU. But I am suspecting that I might be overdoing it and reaching the toxicity level. I know I should go in for a blood test and I'll check with my last one to see if it monitored that at

Help with symptoms and T3
Hi I’ve posted before about starting trial of T3 (beginning April 10 mcg) combined with T4 125 mcg. Since starting the combination I’m feeling worse (anxiety, and achy body almost like flu and very poor sleep) and wonder if it’s the T3 (or still too much T4)? I don’t know why but I feel the T4 is too
