Supplement with Iron, Vitamin C and B12 interaction
Quick question, I was looking at this supplement. Iāve read that Vitamin C can reduce dietary absorption of B12. Would the B12 content in the supplement be reduced because of Vitamin C? Can assume itāll be further taken with orange juice. Thanks! Thorneās Ferrasorb Vitamin C 15mg B12 300mcg Methylcobalamin

Hidden choline in supplements a risk for Met PCa?
Anyone here taking a Liposomal Vitamin C supplement? I'm wanting to better understand if Phosphatidylcholine (included in most Liposomal Vit C supplements) could be a potential problem for those with metastasised PCa? A daily dose of Liposomal C often contains 500mg of Phosphatidylcholine to increase

Males : Is your frequency of urination is high? It could be BPH !
If you urinate frequently and you visit your Doctor for consultation and if your Doctor has prescribed Dutas T after some tests, you seem to have enlarged Prostate which is also known as BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) . Nothing to worry , every male is going to have one day or other with age -

I have been summoned to see the local Endo at Addenbrooke's as I take T3!!!
Right - tomorrow is the day - I was summoned to see the NHS Endo back early summer and the appointment is tomorrow. Funny isn't it that they have never wanted to see me before and were happy for my friendly BUPA Endo to look after me and move to prescribe T3. So in anticipation of an argument - suggested
