Foods to boost iron levels
Fatigue and low energy can be a common issue and of course there are several potential drivers to this. One of them, especially for women and especially for postpartum women can be due to low iron and a low level of haemoglobin. Fatigue results in the blood simply not being sufficiently oxygenated as

Thyroid and Adrenals both, how to heal?
My main issues right now is this debilitating fatigue, and general weakness, both mental and physical. I get tired from just thinking (or remembering even, processing info, etc) from taking my Dog out for a walk, from reading a few sentences, doing easy, basic mundane daily tasks. It’s like this constant

Hi I’m new to this but have recently been diagnosed with auto immune hepatitis. Does anyone know of any supplements that help the feeling of total exhaustion. I am on budenofalk 9mg and about to start other medication. Has any one else had the same experience Thanks

Low white cell count - raising it with smoothies ?😳
Hello all , recap of probelm , wbc fluctuating between low and very low since August due to rituximab treatment for Sjögrens , slipped disc in December and need disc surgery . My surgery was cancelled on the 27th as wbc was 2.9 and neutrophils are 1.3 and there would be a risk of a spinal abscess .

The digestive and nutritional benefits of Dill
This may be thought a bit off topic but actually, it isn't as iron, folate, B vitamins, magnesium, potassium and glutathione are often discussed on the forum . Dill is my favourite herb - the aroma always takes me back long ago to a visit to Ireland made with my mother and a wonderful meal cooked and

So confused! Can anyone help me make sense of blood results & advise on supplements?
Hi All, so a couple of weeks ago I was told my thyroid was a little underactive and prescribed a low dose of Levothyroxine. (25mcg). I assumed it was my TSH the GP meant but I got my blood results and that and my T4 are fine, T3 is a little low. I don't understand, reading other people's experiences

Hi everyone. I have been told by the rheumatologist the swelling and pain in my hand and shoulder was due to inflammation. After stopping salt( which I loved) and taking vitamin c, they are now so much better. I don't know if it will work for anyone else, but I got sick of being told what it was but

Fatigue Linked to Iron Deficiency in SLE Patients for First Time, Study Shows
Fatigue Linked to Iron Deficiency in SLE Patients for First Time, Study Shows Iron deficiency, measured through the size variation of red blood cells, is correlated with increased fatigue in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients, research shows. The association seems to be independent of age, ethnicity

Blood results back- would really appreciate your advice, please.
Hi. I’m on 125mcg of T4 and these are yesterday’s Medichecks results. I’d be so grateful for your thoughts. Apologies for the long post- I was hoping these results would give me a definitive answer as to whether I need to try T3 but I’m still confused! *TSH 0.006 (0.27-4.20) *Free thyroxine 24 (12.00
