This is my first private test and I really need to make this test count and get results which are as accurate as possible from it. I would be very grateful if members would have a look at the supps I am taking and advise which ones I need to stop before doing the test and for how long. I have already stopped my selenium and haven't taken any of these today [apart from digestive enzymes, ox bile and taurine and Betaine Hcl]. All being well I am planning to do the test next Monday morning.
Until today I have normally been taking:
vitamin C
vitamin D
Olive leaf extract
Vitamins B1 and 2 and 6
Choline/Inositol
Ox Bile
Taurine
Digestive enzymes
Zinc
Selenium
Betaine Hcl
Appreciate people taking the time to look at this and help. Many thanks

also just occurred to me - I need to take probiotics and ginger capsules for a related problem and can't hold off taking these until after the test - will either of these affect the results?
Sorry should have added this to original post [brain not firing!!!]
Biotin (B7) or a B Complex containing Biotin. Medichecks have advised to leave this off for 7 days as it can affect the results because they use Biotin in the testing procedure.
If having an Active B12 test (included in the Ultravit test) Medichecks advise to leave B12 off for 7 days.
Iron supplements should be left of for 7 days if testing Ferritin or iron.
Other supplements should be able to continue but on the day of the test take after the blood draw. I don't know all the supplements that you have listed so you might want to Google them.
