I have a cold coming and stupidly downed a 1000mg vitamin c tablet the day before my ET tomorrow. Worried that it will increase my estrogen level too much. Argh. So annoyed with myself. How long does it take to pass through the body?

Hi Bear. I doubt a none-off wiil harm anything. I would stick to oranges and hot honey and lemon to drink if your throat is sore. Fortunately you don't store Vitamin C. Hope all goes well for you. Diane
