paracetamol ingredients
I've been ill with viral tonsillitis and was advised by the emergency doctor to take ibuprofen. I explained that I had previously had a gastric problem with this so she advised co-codamol and/or paracetamol. Let me tell you this tonsillitis was vicious - I could not even swallow my own saliva and taking

Feeling frustrated by the NHS ðŸ˜
I’ve got lupus and had chronic sciatica since April. In July I was diagnosed with a torn Achilles’ tendon. 6 doctors later, I’m no further forward with any treatment. I’m in excruciating pain but just keep getting fobbed off with co-codamol and at one point oramorph. I’ve been waiting nearly 11 weeks

Pain after surgery
Hi, I had surgery this past Thursday 12-10-17 and I was given 30/500mg of co-codamol to help with the pain but this isn’t taking the pain away at all. Should I go see my GP in morning and demand something stronger? Because I’m in soo much pain and can’t sleep

Reassurance
Saw my gp this morning and she understood my worries about roprinole. She feels I should stay on 0.25 and is happy to see me before I have to increase. She will monitor me and not let augmentation happen. I have been so tired today and can’t function. Must be drug as did sleep with no RLS She suggests

Terrified before third eyelear injection
My third eyelear injection is scheduled for Thursday and I am already a bag of nerves. Its not the actual injection itself (although this is painful its very short lived) its the following days of excruciating writhing pain for the following 48hrs I'm finding difficult to cope with. The response from

3 am Cuppa and Co-codamol Anyone...
This is the time of day that really gets to me....after finally managing to get to sleep I'm awake after 4 hours and wondering how am I going to get through another day? Today at least I can go back to sleep once the coco kicks in and not worry about being up at 6 am to get my granddaughter off to school

Frustrated!
So today I had my appointment with the Rhuemy and I'm not even sure what he's doing for me. He wants me to tell my dermatologist to take me off of my methotrexate and start me on mycophenolate, even though he admits they are very similar and do pretty much the same job. He suggested that I take co-codamol

Legal High Advice Needed
Does anyone use any vitamin supplements? Anything that could help knees or joints in general stay strong and healthy? Well, at least healthy enough to help prevent injuries, to an extent. Every morning I pop one of cod liver oil pills, and I also googled my question but would rather prefer to know

Pain after eyelear injections
Every time I have an eyelear injection I experience severe pain. Then after the numbing drops have worn off the pain becomes very severe to the point where I'm rolling around and on the point of vomiting - the pain in my eye is almost unbearable. This goes on for three days and nights. I made a fuss

Improving sperm count & motility is possible!
Hello lovely ladies and gents, Mr Llama and I want to share our experience in the hope that it might help or at least reassure some of you out there that improving sperm is possible! It seems there's been almost no medical research done in this area so here's a personal case study for you... We started

Blood Results. Please help! There are so many I don't know where to start!
Hi all, I posted on here a few months ago as I felt horrendous and like I was getting nowhere. On your advice I went to my doctors and asked for a full blood screen.... It took two attempts but they gave in. I had my results given today and the nurse practioner told me (summed up) it's all in my head

RA pain increases as day progresses
Hi I was diagnosed with RA earlier this year. I was on MTX and am still on low dose of steroids. I stopped taking the MTX about 5 weeks ago. In the last 2.5 weeks I have been in agony daily. I think I have not had more than maybe 3 days where the pain is just bearable. I saw Rheumy and Dr both told me
