Odd cold sensation on face
Hi everyone, I'm diagnosed hashi's and on 75mcg of Levo. Taking b12, vit D3, magnesium, selenium, cod liver oil and turmeric, am gluten free. Generally feeling much better since taking the above steps advised by others here. My question is, does anyone else with hashi's get the occasional cold spot

First post , any similar experiences?
Hi everyone , this is my first post on here. For as long as I can remember I have always had very painful periods , I always thought that it was normal as my mum suffers terribly with Endo. I’ve always just put up with the pain but as the years went on the pain and my symptoms were getting worse,

TA Biopsy
Not a big deal. Actual operation start to finished 20 minutes I could see the clock this is exactly right. Comparing to going to the Dentist. TA takes a bit longer but less invasive, no pain at all. OK you have an injection but its not as invasive as a dental one. Took a lot longer to go through all

Some pain relief/medication suggestions
Hi all I often see posts asking what medication you should be on and what suggestions people have for meds. I would expect that most of us would have tried paracetamol and a NSAID (non steroid anti-inflammatory drug) such as ibuprofen. These can be taken together and should be taken regularly. So even

Interaction of Hemp Oil with lupus meds
I’m kind of sick and tired (literally lol) of being in constant pain, I really want to get back to work and I’m considering taking hemp seed oil capsules (from Amazon) however before ordering I want to know if anyone else has had any benefits, side-effects or noticed any interactions with their medications

Dummy transfer and scan done
Just had my scan done and dummy transfer. Oh boy was that painful even though I took co-codamol. Doctor said my bladder was full which makes it more painful. But all done now. Scan shows 2 follicles on left and 2 on right side but that was expected due to my low AMH. I was asked to take high dose

Ideas for pain relief
Hi Everyone My husband had just been diagnosed with nsclc. He is staged as T4 N0 M0. He is on co-codamol for pain relief whilst waiting for chemo. He is using a hot water bottle to give a bit of relief but I wondered if anyone had used any of the heat patch type things or had any other suggestions?
