Dexa Scan
I am wondering if anybody can help me translate the results of my Dexa scan carried out two weeks ago. I have been on Prednisolone now for three years and am down to 5mg. I am 73. I referred myself for a Dexa scan in 2016 and again this month to see if there had been any significant change in two years

Everything is painful
I have chronic physical pain. I’m scheduled for surgery on my lower back. 360 spinal fusion. I’m also so depressed that I’m having trouble even writing this. I’m in extreme emotional pain. Just found out that my husband has been lying and probably cheating on me again. I feel hopeless and helpless. I

Visual disturbances
I've read that PA can cause visual disturbances, and googling more I found that it can cause optic neuropathy. I don't have the symptoms of that, but I have realized lately that I may have another vision issue, vertical heterophoria. Long story short, I thought I was developing a phobia to driving. When

Weaning off Ropinerole
I will never take ropinerole again. I weaned my self from it a few years ago and it was difficult. I restarted it with recurring RLS. I was suffering Augmentation earlier and earlier in the day as early as noon and early afternoon if I sat or would lie down to watch TV. I don't like being reliant on

Hypermobility or more?
Hey, just to give a round up I'm 21 and I've suffered from joint and muscle pain, stiffness and locking etc pretty much since I can remember but I was only recently formally diagnosed with having Hypermobility Syndrome. The rheumatologist I saw spoke to me about genetic testing and I'm wondering if it's

Just wondering, when doctors talk about 'your age' during discussions are they perhaps referring to physical age, not chronological?
I was set off thinking on this track by various posts/replies where responses have not seemed completely appropriate once the full picture emerged. For instance, if I complained I had been refused a second ablation (I haven't, but not been encouraged) 'considering your age' I know what the reaction from

Surgery risk
Hi all, I have severe brittle asthma, and I recently saw neurosurgeon as I have severe lower back pain. I have been told I need a spinal fusion but because of the anaesthetic risk i am not a candidate for surgery. Has anyone else experienced this?

Anyone within 250 mi of Oakland with the thing that rhymes with Rogaine, but starts with Ibo?
I think this is ok to ask about here. I read the guidelines and saw nothing to lead me to believe this post would be a violation. I want to try Ibogaine, but will be traveling this summer (and leaving in two weeks) so am not sure how I’ll receive my order, but I can figure that out later. In the mean
