Hi I have Rheumatoid arthritis for 46 years. I have had many joint replacements and too numerous treatments to mention, I was on Methotrexate for 20 years, but it damaged my liver, then Azathioprine for 5 years, which was no longer effective. Been on Prednisolone for last 6 months due to Covid

nystagmus- eye exercises
Not sure if this is helpful but if you suffer from this try these exercises https://www.consciouslifestylemag.com/eye-exercises-improving-vision/ The twisting actions might also help with neck and waist stretching to keep those lymphatic fluid moving to clear away waste products from your cells.

Ankyolosing Spondylitis and Adalimumab
I have Ankyolosing Spondylitis with a number of spinal fusions already. I started on Adalimumab at the end of April but it's not really helping. I have just had a phone appointment with the specialist nurse who told me that I can't expect to be pain free as I have a lot going on. I told her I don't

Originally one neurologist diagnosed my condition as Mayasthenia Gravis. Later others attributed it to Cerebellar Ataxia having seen MRI, CT etc. Recently discovered an enlarged Thymus which is often associated with Mayasthenia G. Wonder if I have both!! Any information?

Twisted ankle - am hopping mad!!
Am so annoyed with myself! Finished C25K a couple of weeks ago and been happily consolidating - getting a bit faster each run. Yesterday met a pal for a long (9 mile) ramble in the Dales, fell and twisted my ankle around mile 6. Finished the walk, drove home, now sporting egg size swelling on ankle

Another bright SPARK
As I write , I am newly brim full of BIIB054 after 2 months missed due to "le confinement" as the lockdown is called in France. Nice to be back with my team. And to get topped up. Mrs WTP is convinced things became worse when the perfusions stopped, although after a confusing few weeks dabbling with

App will reduce high risk of falls during and after Lockdown.
A free app has been developed at The University of Manchester to help reduce the high risk of falls and physical decline in older people self-isolating during the COVID-19 Lockdown. When used, the evidence based app - called Keep-On-Keep-Up- will help reduce the thousands of injuries – which are often

Hello All, Good to have found this and I identify with lots that have been written about. I got a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia a few years ago and hypermobility, Brighton score 6/9 so not as bad as some though in my opinion he didn't check other places that I think there may be some hypermobility issues

Journey home
Yesterday I was in London with my daughter who was having a spinal fusion. I had started my day very early as you do to get her checked in-she went to Theatre lunchtime so it was a long morning. Waited 5 hrs for her to return-they had probs controlling her pain 😢 Left her at 8pm to try to miss rush

Strange lump at side of toe.
Good day to you all. I wonder if anyone has seen or got anything like this lump that had come on the side of my big toe? I had a toe joint replacement there five years ago which improved things but I still get some pain there and my big toe and the one next to it have drifted over a bit. I have noticed

Living with Osteo
Hi, I have lived 30-odd years since my diagnosis and think I’ve been lucky in being able to avoid spinal fusion back then. Suddenly have developed crumbling jaw which means my teeth have started falling out!! My dentist has not mentioned anything about a connection but until I see her later this week

Early Retirement from Work.
Morning Everyone. I have recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia/chronic pain syndrome. It has taken 4 years to get to this point as I also have spinal degeneration in my neck and lower back which was clouding the symptoms of the fibromyalgia. I had a spinal fusion on C4 C5 & C6 C7 last August but
