Low Blastocyst rate
Hi there I just wondered if anyone has had similar experience in getting low blastocyst rates in
IVF
? Background, age 36 (started
IVF
age 35) with good AMH levels etc and diagnosed as unexplained infertility.

Low grade embryo, can they work???
Hi, I've just had my second failed round of
IVF
with icsi. First round actually worked but resulted in misscarraige, second round just didn't work at all. We have 2 frozen embryos but they are low quality, grade 3 or c I think it it.

when is it time to stop trying?
Last year the NHS discovered issues with my fallopian tubes, it meant extremely high chance of ectopic pregnancy so it was decided my best chance of getting pregnant was through
ivf
, but I would have to have my tubes removed as the issue would most likely cause
ivf
to fail.

Back Again - Advice Needed - First Resloved/Secondary Infertility
A month before we were due to start our free round of
IVF
we found out we were pregnant with our now 3 year old little girl called Hope. We haven't stopped trying since she was 2 months old because of how long she took.

Has anyone found antidepressants help with the pain?
I came off the pill and we tried to conceive for 7 years in total and went through
IVF
to have my son. A laproscopy showed endometriosis at the back of my womb which was burned away. I have been suffering much worse from painful, heavy periods since having my son. He is 4 now.

Successful pregnancy after a laparoscopy?
I decided to do this because (1) I'm really tired of waiting - due to a number of house relocations I'd waited 3 years to see a fertility consultant, (2) it can tell me whether I have any tubal issues for certain, and (3) otherwise I wouldn't be considered for NHS funded
IVF
if I need it.

sensitive - Update
It was quite hard decision to try again with a new stimulation as I found
IVF
very stressful and draining and I was worried that I could not handle it psychologically (it was really difficult for me, especially the first cycle) but now I’m really glad we decided to try again.

2 rounds of ICSI both low fertilisation and failed
I decided to put the
IVF
on hold until my thyroid was in a better place. In the mean time I was given leterozole, I had another private scan and was told my ovaries look polysistic but it’s nothing to worry about. I was given metformin to take.

CoQ10 amount confusion?
Hi all, After a year of consultations, our NHS gynaecologist has essentially said nothing more they can do for me /us unless we pay for
IVF
given I’m now 41, which we can’t afford atm. But he did say we could start taking 300mg of CoQ10 twice a day, each.

Failed FET (sibling cycle) - Ultrasound guided transfer a factor for no success?
This is my 3rd round of
IVF
. First round was in the UK - it was a transfer on day three with two poor quality embryos. This transfer was USS guided. This resulted in our beautiful daughter. I have now completed rounds 2 & 3 in Australia. Both embryos were good day 5 quality.

Natural FET possibly cancelled
I thought this would be easier but it turns out that
IVF
and transfers just offer up every different type of uncertainty at every turn. Sorry for the rant. I just needed to get my thoughts off my chest as I'm struggling.

Embryo quality question - okay to transfer but not PGT-A?
hi all, We have just had our egg collection for our first
IVF
cycle - 11 collected, 8 fertilised. We planned on having PGT-A done on our embryos (hopefully there are some!) and then a FET once results are in.

Hi I’m about to start medication to down regulate my cycle. We have unexplained infertility although we both have children from previous relationships…. My consultant has prescribed prednisolon and I’m wondering if it’s worth asking about taking clexane/ aspirin ? feeling confused, anxious, and

No period after ovulation!
Can anyone shed any light, is it just that my body is messed up still after all the
ivf
hormones? (but then how can I not have bled yet when ovulation was confirmed?) Thanks for any advice/experiences anyone can share! X
