My lovely girls,

Some of You have so much experience I just had my first fail round of IVF , if one little small soul can recommend the best supplements in the world which is good to eat preparing to second IVF round what would be.

Hi honey I would go with a preconception multi vitamin and a high dose of coenzyme q10 for both of you. You need to be taking them for at least 3 months for them to have an affect on eggs and sperm. Also ask your clinic if there is anything they suggest that could help in your situation. Good luck x

If your lining is thin, you might also take vitamin E. I took 4 x 400 units per day and it helped a little. Check with your clinic before taking anything, though. Good luck xx

I'd have a read of "it starts with the egg", that has a pretty comprehensive run down of all supplements that might help x

yesss it starts with the egg (book) will have a breakdown for you based in potential reasons for low egg quality. Had my retrievals and few years ago (am currently 32weeks pregnant with my second successful fet) so the info isn’t super fresh, but I remember taking melatonin 3mg every night, 500 mg of coq10 and alpha lipoic acid - I think.. def get that book on audible and go for a walk and listen. Super interesting and helpful!

I have no idea if any of this actually worked or if it's genetics and/or chance but any eggs and blasts we've had have been good (and none of this did any damage so I've just carried on for this round...): Boots skin, hair and nails multivit (same stuff maybe even stronger then in a lot of conception vits but much cheaper - two a day), concentrated vegan omega 3 (two a day - there was some reason I switched to non-fish oil based from transfer, but I can't remember now!), bioavailable b vits (think it's the folate rather than just folic acid in this that's important) and ubiquinol. I also took vit c when I remembered, had a lot of full fat milk and good fats generally (I think I am 50% hummus). I didn't cut anything out just added what I thought may do some good x

As above, It Starts With the Egg. The supplement plans are for egg and sperm quality. We completely flipped my husband's low sperm readings after 3 months of taking the supplements to a level that there was no longer an issue with sperm quality. I have faith my egg quality increased with the plan. The supplements together are expensive, I found some online stores that were better value: iherb for Nordic Naturals DHA Xtra and Doctor's Best Ubiquinol with Kaneka 200 mg. Life Extension Europe for the Super R-Lipoic Acid, N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC), L-Carnitine, Melatonin, 3 mg. Wishing you the best of luck with your next cycle.

Hi We're, that's an amazing. In this point noone cares how much money cost the supplements. I have 4 frosties one 5BB and that one we gonna transfer, but look we gonna do this on May . Will be natural circle but this month I literally couldn't catch my ovulation. From day 10 do day 16 nothing. So I think I had ovulation really early day 8,9 or I hadn't got at all. I can feel my period is still coming. I need to be patience and give my body one Month more to make sure that everything is working how it was before IVF . I hope May it's gonna be my month.
