Copper coil
Good morning everyone, has anyone ever had the copper coil after having there endo removed? I've read in a few places it's not recommended to have the coil if you've had or have endo. I'm unsure what to do as don't want any more children and can't risk getting pregnant again. Hormonal contraception sends

ICD insertion site pain.
I had an ICD fitted 18th March. All though the insertionwound looks clean and healed it still hurts inside. I can also feel a lump, almost like a fatty lump, next to the ICD. Should I still feel pain so far post op. I feel really quite good apart from that.

Period problems due to IUD removal?
Is it normal for the
IUD
removal to interrupt period cycle? Should I expect to miss a period or just have a super late one?

Vein In Penis Hard
Hi folks, I was wondering whether anybody can offer some advice or has had a similar experience. I have developed a problem and have been doing some self diagnosis using online resources (benefit of being in lockdown). Anyway, I suspect I have a blood clot/thrombosis of the superficial dorsal vein in

lockdown with partner in a time of uncertainty
Hey everyone, I hope you're doing ok. Thanks in advance if anyone has the energy to read this, I know these circumstances are even more challenging than we could have imagined. I'm living with my partner of 4 years. Before lockdown, we were in intense talks about having a baby. I've had two laps to remove

Trying to find the positive side of things
Lately I have been finding it really hard to think positively. After waiting nearly two years to get to the point of actually starting our iui treatment it was cancelled due to lockdown. I finally felt like I was getting to a place that I felt quite happy with it all then it was ripped away. Over the

After a sudden cardiac arrest on 6 May, I had my ICD fitted on Monday this week and came home on Tuesday. I'm doing really well but have a few concerns!! before this incident I was a really active and fit 52 year old woman. I loved my weight training and also ran and did yoga. Was actually out running

Returning to work
I’m finding it really odd that drs and cardiologists are saying that even people with healthy hearts that have this virus are ending up with heart damage, yet we are vulnerable but not extremely! I’ve been ordered back to work and although I know I’m vulnerable with ARVC and a subsequent icd fitted my

Mirena coil urinating more frequently
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced changes to the way that they pee after having an IUS /
IUD
, and if that's 'normal'? Basically I have to pee more often, it takes ages, and I never feel like I'm fully done. I often have to go back a few minutes later.

Feel like I’m just going round in circles and it’s really starting to affect my mental health now too. I just want nothing more then to be able to get through one day without been in so much pain. I had the coil fitted 4 weeks ago and things have just got worse since. It’s really affecting my life and

Recovery
How long until you felt you had recovered? It’s been nearly 2 years now and I don’t feel anywhere near recovered. The psychosis side of things stopped a while ago, but I still don’t look after myself or wear makeup etc. I just want to be back to normal. I first got unwell after my daughter who is now

IUD coil issues
Has anyone had recurrent lumps (suspected cysts) on their knickerline only since having an
IUD
and after every bleed? I’ve had a lot of odd issues since
IUD
-these lumps have happened for about 5 months now. It’s always one in exactly the same place.
