Hi, cutting our sugar & wheat works for me to manage bloatiness. Start keeping a dairy and monitor your symptoms to find out what works for you. Is a difficult & long journey to find a balance but you will get there. :)

Hi, the main known culprits for the bloating, pain are: gluten, dairy, soya, chocolate, caffeine. There are alternatives, such as : decaff coffee, vegan chocolate, gluten free pasta, bread, flour, cakes, oat/coconut /almond milk.

If you do a search with the word 'diet', you can read how other fellow endo sufferrers manage their condition.

We are all different and it's a matter of finding what works for you. x

Magnesium can help. You may want to ask for blood tests at your GP to check on iron/ferritin levels, vitamin D, B12, B9. 50%of the UK population is deficient in vitamin D and iron deficiency is common with endo, heavy periods.

Take care.
