Hello me and my husband are trying to conceive for more than a year after our first miscarriage, that was of 11 weeks ,my husband was diagnosed with low sperm motility which is 5% , i am still shocked that how i got pregnant with this percent of motility, now its been 1 and a half year we are trying but no progress, no medicine is working, can someone suggest me that should we wait or go for IUI or IVF ?

Hi did you have other tests as well as a sperm analysis? For example checking you are ovulating, egg numbers, tubes clear. Once you have all the info be easier to make a plan x
Go to your GP and ask to be referred to the fertility team.
Some CCGs want you to be trying for 2 years but it's worth asking now to get the ball rolling.xx
With 5% motility it sounds to me like you're going to need IVF with ICSI. Can you arrange for your husband to see a urologist? I wish we had done this first before our first ICSI cycle - it ended with a miscarriage but we later found out almost all my husband's sperm had severely fragmented DNA so it was never likely to work until he got some treatment. Wishing you luck x
Yes definitely try and have ICSI my husband sperm count was low last minute just before we were having eggs removed xx
